Brewed using apples yeast and local Sagabiyori rice polished to 50%, this Junmai Daiginjo has a hint of apple and berry on the nose with a balanced acidity. Clean, smooth, and round with beautiful apple-like acidity, this sake pairs well with a wide range of cuisine and can be enjoyed both chilled and warm. Pasteurized once (Namazume) to retain the freshness.
