Shosetsu Daiginjo

Beautifully aromatic on the nose, with power and structure. The sake is intensely focused with concentrated notes of tropical fruits and flowers, as well as crisp apple-like acidity. Classically  Shizuoka style, with a bold bouquet, lush mouth-feel and weight.

Yamadanishiki milled down to 35%, grown in Hyogo

A limited-release line of sakes under the Shosetsu brand, Amamitsuki is in reference to the full moon that fills the night sky.
