Arbois Trousseau Amphore

Trousseau grapes from estate parcels based on limestone soils. Hand destemmed, vinification achieved by a 3-6 month maceration in clay amphorae, with further maturation in large oak. No added sulphur.

Tasting Note: Aromas of cranberry, wild raspberry, plum, and blackberry with hints of white pepper, clove, and earth on the nose. Fleshy and juicy on the palate with bright berry fruit up front, earth/mineral notes, fresh acid, fine tannin, and good length on the fruit-forward finish.
