Crémant Du Jura Rosé

Pinot Noir fermented with stems and destemmed Trousseau & Poulsard make up the remainder of the blend; an homage to how wines were made traditionally. No sulphur added.

Tasting Note: Aromas of redcurrant, raspberry with hints of rose, toast, almond on the nose. Elegant and dry with fruity red berry notes on the palate, slight stone mineral, crisp acidity, finishing with a subtle floral note.
