R Riesling Kabinett

Riesling sourced from estate vineyards in Lorch, Rüdesheim, Hattenheim, Erbach, Eltville with each site characterized by slate, quartzite, loess, and loam soils. Vines average 25 years. Each parcel is vinified separately in stainless steel and blended before bottling. An everyday sipping wine with a touch of residual.

Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe apple, peach, and lemon with hints of white flower, stone mineral, and petrol on the nose. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, light to medium-bodied, bright acidity, balanced, good length on a mineral finish. Off-dry.
