A multi vintage blend (2017, 2018, 2019) of Uva di Troia, Viognier, Maresco grapes from the Itria Valley in Puglia. Uva di Troia (a black grape) vinified as a white in barrique and blended with Viognier and Maresco. Further barrique ageing for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting Note: Aromas of peach, apricot, yellow plum with blossom, fresh herb, honey on the nose. Lovely richness and ripeness on the palate, juicy yellow fruit core with oak spice notes, balanced acidity, textural, layered, good length on the finish with fresh herb and stone mineral notes.
