SOL Primitivo

Old vine (60+ year) Primitivo sourced form the vineyards in Gioia del Colle area in Puglia. Grapes are hand picked and partly dried in the cellar. Vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, aged in barriques for 15 months before bottling.

Tasting Note: Aromas of blackberry, blueberry jam, cherry with bitter chocolate, baking spices, cigar box on the nose. Rich and full with juicy black fruit and oak spices on the palate, ripe tannin, good structure & concentration, cherry fruit and spices linger on the finish.
