Chardonnay (70%) with Pinot Noir (30%). Grapes grown on shallow clay/limestone and silty limestone. Traditional method sparkling wine (secondary ferment in the bottle), 12-18 months on lees, 0g dosage after disgorgement.

Tasting Note: Aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, with hints of stone mineral, fresh bread, almond, and spice on the nose. Lively and bright on the palate with citrus and orchard fruit, fresh acidity, creamy mousse, good length on a salty finish
