Cuvée Trousseau

Previously only used in their sparking wines, these Trousseau grapes are from younger vines in Gevigny. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and fermented naturally in a neutral vessel and aged in older oak barrel prior to bottling.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry, cherry, pomegranate with hints of forest flor, violet, rose on the nose. Bright and juicy on the palate with a wild red berry core, fresh acidity, very fine tannin, finessed, good length on a floral finish.
