Tasting Note: “Derived from the 2019 vintage, the NV Brut Nature Les Cochènes saw two years' élevage in demi-muids before tirage. Offering up attractive aromas of apple, wintergreen, mint and flowers, it's medium-bodied, pillowy and charming, with a lively, fine-boned profile and a penetratingly saline finish. The soils here are sand over sandstone.” - Wine Advocate
