To highlight the purity of Chardonnay and the typicity of the terroir of Montgueux and the exceptional 2008 vintage, there was no dosage given to this champagne. 6 years of bottle maturation before disgorging. Vines average 45 years growing on rich clay/limestone soils. Zero dosage.

Tasting Note: Aromas of pears, honey, orange blossom with anise and seashell tones. A velvety and fresh texture with fine brioche and a delicate saline finish is found on the palate.
