The average vine age is 40 years. Roughly 40% of the Pinot Noir was macerated on skins to extract colour, 30% Pinot Noir directly from the press, and 30% Chardonnay. Fermentation is generally done in barrels with reserve wines averaging 40-50% of the blend.

Tasting Note: Aromas of red apple, cranberry, and apricot with notes of citrus oil on the nose. Rich, full, and broad on the palate with a red berry & orchard fruit core, ripe acidity, a fine creamy mouse, vinous, great depth and power, and a long expressive finish with hints of saline mineral.
