Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

From 9 parcels in Ambonnay with an average vine age of 33 years and masterfully blended with 5-6 vintages. 80% of the base wines are raised in oak and malolactic fermentation partially done. Dosage is a low 4 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: Aromas of poached pears, tart apple and lemon opening up to hints of camomile and spices. A round mouthfeel balanced with bright acidity with hints of floral tones on the long, finessed finish.
