This is a Pinot Noir / Chardonnay with a small portion of still red wine Côteaux Champenois, made from the 2 oldest parcels of Pinot Noir, blended in. 3 years on lees prior to disgorgement with a dosage of 7 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: A powerful bouquet of strawberries, red currants, and cherry the palate is broadly layered with vivid minerality, racy acidity and polished finish. Intense and exudes class.
