Both grapes are sourced from Grand Cru vineyards with an average vine age of 30 years. 30% of reserve wine blended. 2 years on lees prior to disgorgement with a dosage of 7 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: A bouquet of fresh pear, Meyer lemon, and a hint of spice aromas on the nose with the palate round and fruity with saline and chalky mineral notes on the finish. Pure and expressive.
