Les Prés Dieu Extra Brut Blanc De Blancs 1er Cru

Chardonnay from 2 parcels, one in the town of Coulommes: Les Vignes Dieu - a south-facing plot, and the other from the town of Vrigny: Les Prés - an east facing plot. Vines average 35 years and both grow on sandy/chalk soils with small fossil shells. Vinification in 228L and 500L oak barrel, dosage generally under 5g/L.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Aromas green apple, quince, lemon oil with crushed stone, bread dough on the nose. Medium body, great depth and mineral-driven on the palate, juicy fruit core, vibrant acidity, great precision, round texture with a fine mousse, saline and chalky on the finish.
