Grand Cellier Brut 1er Cru
Usually a blend of 3 vintages. The fruit is from the east-facing hillside called Grèves with an average vine age of 35 years. Fermentation in 2200-5300L foudre. Around 3 years on lees with a dosage at 8g per litre.
Tasting Note: Deep, intense bouquet of ripe citrus, grapefruit, with subtle bread yeast, white floral tones. The palate is rich but with finesse and elegance. Lively acidity and creamy texture, finishing with a chalk mineral and ginger spice.
