Las Blancas Tradicionales

50% Merseguera and 50% Malvasia from 25 and 50-year-old vines respectively. Soils are sandy loam with a large proportion of calcareous sands with vineyards located 570m above sea level. The grapes are destemmed and naturally ferment in stainless steel where it ages on their lees.
