Vermut Luis XIV

Macabeo is fermented and fortified with their selection of natural botanicals such as cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, and orange peel then it is blended with oxidized Monastrell coming from 8 year old barrels. Together the wine rests in Fondillón 'toneles' for two months.
