Et Si VdF Gamay

Gamay Noir grown by a partner grower Julien Moreau of Domaine de Cambalu in Francueil (Touraine). Vines grow on sandy loam soil and are farmed organically. Hand-harvested and carbonic ferment at the beginning with whole clusters with indigenous yeasts, maturation in 400L neutral barrels for 6-8 months, very minimal sulphur at bottling.
