2018 - Gamay Noir grown on granite soils behind the Domaine bordering Moulin à Vent. Semi carbonic fermentation in concrete, aging in a mix of foudre and barrels for 4-6 months.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Fresh aromas of cherry, plum with rose, fruit compote on the nose. Ripe and rich with juicy red fruit on the palate, bright acidity, soft tannin, with a flavourful fruity finish.
