Moulin À Vent
Gamay noir from granite soils. Semi-carbonic fermentation and aged in foudre (large oak vats) for 6-9 months.
Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry, black cherry, and plum with hints of rose petals, mineral, and spice on the nose. Generous and vibrant on the palate with good fruit concentration, lively acidity, powdery tannin, very finessed, and good length on the finish.
