Bourgogne Blanc

Fruit primarily from parcels near the Domaine but also a little bit from Puligny. Vines average 30-40 years. Maturation in oak barrels (maybe a mix of oak/stainless depending on the vintage) for 12 months with around 10% new.

Tasting Note: Aromas of apple, pear, lemon, and lime with notes of citrus oil, white flower, and fresh bread on the nose. Medium weight and rich with good fruit concentration, bright acidity, rounded texture, and a lengthy mineral finish.
