Côteaux Bourguignons

Estate-grown Pinot Noir (100%) from small parcels next to Clos Vougeot and north of Vosne Romanée. Vine age ranges from 20-40 years on soils that are deep with limestone and clay. Hand harvest and destemmed fruit, fermented with indigenous yeast in steel tank, matured for 12-14 months in older oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and red plum with hints of rose, spice, and stone mineral on the nose. Lightweight on the palate with a bright red berry fruit core, fresh acidity, fine smooth tannin, slight mineral notes on the mid-palate, a fresh floral finish.
