Fruit sourced from multiple vineyards, fermented in stainless steel and maturation in stainless steel and 20% in large acacia barrels on fine lees until early spring.

Tasting Note: Aromas of yellow apple, gooseberry, pink grapefruit with hints of fresh pepper, smoke on the nose. Fresh with a rounded texture on the palate, fresh citrus & tree fruit, good acidity, and refreshing on the finish.
