Brewed using local Misatonishiki rice polished down to 50%. Misatonishiki is cultivated for the cool Akita climate as an alternative to Yamadanishiki by crossing it with Miyamanishiki. Low proteins and perfectly suited for the shorter growing and harvest season in the northern region. Beautiful Ginjo aromas of melon, apple, and pear with a sharp acidity. Very clean and juicy on the palate, this sake is perfect for beginners as well as connoisseurs.
