Takasago Junmai Daiginjo

高砂 純米大吟醸 松喰鶴

Previously sold only in Mie Prefecture, the Takasago branded sake was shelved for a short time and has now been reintroduced and reinvented in innovative ways for the market. Extremely limited in production, this Junmai Daiginjo sake is luxurious yet well restrained with great acidity. In comparison to their infamous Jikon sake, Takasago is more restrained in flavour, but equally clean and well-structured. Pasteurized only once and carefully pressed to retain freshness and flavour.
