Yamadanishiki milled down to 35%, grown in the Tojo district of Hyogo. A sake with aromatics of lemon, melon, white flower, juniper berry. Great richness with a creamy texture, refined with a citrus finish. Enjoy chilled.

Nizaemon is the name of the founder of the brewery and is one of the top tier sakes from Kokuryu. Crafted with the utmost care, this is matured in Tobin (18L glass bottles), directly after separating the mash via Shizuku method (hanging canvas bags filled with finished sake over a tank) and is the purest and prized part of the sake.
