Anjou Chenin Blanc Chapitre

Manoir-Chapitre-R.jpg

Chenin Blanc from the lieux-dit Palna, where soils are silty clay-limestone on a tuffeau chalk base. Vines average 19 years. Natural fermentation and aged for a few months in 600L demi-muids.

Tasting Note: Aromas of green apple, lemon, peach with stone mineral, almond, honeysuckle, and spices on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate with a core orchard & citrus fruit, vibrant acidity, rounded texture, balanced and great length on the mineral finish.
