Junmai Daiginjo 35
みむろ杉 純米大吟醸 35
Yamadanishiki milled down to 35%, grown locally in the town of Miwa by a quality contract grower. A sake with subtle aromas of white peach, melon, and apricot on the nose. Elegant and silky on the palate with fresh fruit and rice umami notes, refined and good length on the soft, drying finish. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass.
The pinnacle of Imanishi Shuzo showcasing locally grown Yamadanishiki. This sake is dedicated to the first and oldest Toji recorded in history, Takahashi Ikuyhino Mikoto, whose shrine is located in the town of Miwa.
