Te to Te Junmai

てとて 純米

Wataribune rice milled down to 60%, grown locally in Shiga. A sake crafted to be approachable, fruit-forward with fresh acidity and soft umami notes. A different style compared to the lineup of Naminooto, where the young, 11th-generation Mitsuya Nakai (next in line to run the brewery after his father) wanted to craft something that could be enjoyed by beginner sake drinkers as well as provide something a little different for the experienced sake drinker.

The name Te to te, meaning hand in hand, is used in reference to the brewery work being done mostly by and also after the sake is bottled, it gets passed on from the hands of brewery staff to the customer’s hands.
