Made with fertilizer and pesticide-free Miyamanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice, this Junmai Ginjo has balanced umami and acidity with notes of melon and pear. This sake is brewed with white koji that is typically used in Shochu making, resulting in higher citric acid.
