Clean, elegant and refined, a very easy drinking sake to pair with a variety of cuisines. Notes of Asian pear, Fuji apples and lychee on the nose and a soft, glycerol mouth-feel, with balanced weight and flavours. Pair with lighter dishes and elegant flavours such as raw oysters with ponzu sauce.
