This nigori has a creamy yet drier mouth-feel with a nose of rice, banana and nuts with subtle sweetness and cloudiness on the palate. The finish is dry compared to other nigori sakes; great food pairing sake that can be enjoyed with BBQ, Sukiyaki, or even sashimi.
