Brewed 100% with Grade A Yamadanishiki from Yokawa region in Hyogo prefecture. This Junmai Daiginjo is perfectly structured with acidity and body. Plenty of umami with buttery texture with a long finish. This sake can be aged for a few years as well. Enjoyed chilled or at room temperature with a white wine glass.
