Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 60%, grown locally in Ishikawa. A bold sake incorporating the Yamahai method in crafting and keeping the sake as a Nama and Genshu (undiluted). A full-bodied sake with layers of ripe fruit (melon, apple, stone fruit) and rich earthy umami notes of chestnut, fresh mushroom, and bitter chocolate on the nose and palate. A sake with an amazing balance to play with your senses (sweet, sour, bitter, etc) from the Yamahai expert that is Tengumai sake brewery.
