Pinot blanc from a site in Lorcher Krone, Rheingau. Traditional method sparkling wine that spends approx 36-50 months on fine lees prior to disgorgement.

Tasting Note: Aromas of pear, honeydew melon, crisp apple with hints of lemon zest and chalk mineral on the nose. Bright and saline on the palate with an orchard fruit core, crisp acidity, elegantly textured with a persistent finish.
