Undeclared sake rice from Japan milled down to 60%.

A collaboration with Yamagata brewers Tatenogawa, Kojima Sohonten, and Otokoyama to further promote sake in general but also showcase brewers in Yamagata. Each year there are 4 sakes released (1 from each brewer) in limited quantities, with respect to the 4 seasons with a theme in each cuvée that follows the life of Yamakawa Mitsuo (check out their Instagram!). Each kanji character comes from each of the breweries involved.
