Céleste Chenin Blanc

Chenin Blanc from a partner grower in Anjou. Vines average 25 years and grow on sandstone and puddingstone soils. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2021. Grapes are hand harvested and slowly pressed, natural fermentation in oak barrels and aging in second-fill French oak barrels for 17 months.
