Myosotis - Pinot Gris

A skin contact Pinot Gris from a partner grower in the Coteaux d’Ancenis, where the oceanic climate lends its grace to the vineyard. Vines average 15 years of age growing on a single parcel with soils of gneiss and orthogneiss. The vineyard is in its 2nd year of organic conversion. Hand-harvested and destemmed, there is a 15-day maceration to extract colour and phenolic compounds. Natural fermentation in vat and 6-8 month maturation in concrete before release.
