Cobalt Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Fran from a partner grower 8km south of Chinon. Vines average 35 years and grow on sandy soils over a clay-limestone base. The vineyard is certified organic. Grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented naturally. Maturation for 17 months in second-fill French oak barrels.
