Arbois Trousseau Singulier

A selection of Trousseau grapes chosen for ripeness, concentration and typicity from 5 parcels (Rosières, Béranger, En Muzard, Corvées sous Curon, Chevrette). Vines vary in age and range from 20-65 years on limestone-based soils. Hand destemmed, vinified and aged for 1 year in large (600L) barrel with 10% new.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Aromas of cherry, plum, blackberry, and redcurrants with hints of mushroom, smoke, spice, and dried flower on the nose. Vibrant and deep on the palate with a juicy red/black fruit and earthy core, fresh acidity, fine tannin with a slight grip, and good length on a spicy finish.
