Arbois Poulsard Vieilles Vignes Amphore

Poulsard from 2 parcels: Les Bruyères and La Mailloche, planted between 1942 and 1972. Hand harvested and grapes are macerated in a clay amphore (420L) for 3 months, with maturation for 3 months in clay amphore.

Tasting Note: Aromas of bright cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant with hints of earth, smoke, herbs, and violet on the nose. Great energy and depth on the palate with a crunchy red fruit core and earthy notes, vibrant acidity, light-bodied, rounded texture, some tannin grip but well integrated, and a long herbal finish.
