Crémant Du Jura

Mainly Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, with small amounts of Poulsard & Trousseau. Traditional method with part of base wine fermented in barrique. Ageing on lees for 18 months.

Tasting Note: Aromas of baked apple, tangy yellow fruit with hints of fresh herb, fennel, ginger on the nose. Crisp and broad with juicy orchard fruit core, fresh acidity, fine bubbles, mineral and sapid on the finish.
