Crémant Du Jura Indigène

Mainly Chardonnay & Pinot Noir with small amounts of Poulsard & Trousseau. Traditional method with the Vin de Paille, made at the domaine, used to start the secondary ferment in the bottle. Ageing on lees for 18 months, no dosage.

Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe citrus fruit with anise, brioche, white flower on the nose. Sappy and broad, a round and creamy texture with a honeyed stone fruit core and smoky minerality, dry, complex, and long, gentle finish of ripe fruit.
