En Barberon Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir from a 1.8ha parcel in the En Barberon vineyard with soils of Bajocien limestone above Lias marl. Average vine age of 38 years. Vinified with 60% whole cluster, aged for 1 year on oak barrels with 30% new.

Tasting Note: Aromas of bright red fruit – raspberry, plum with hints of spices. Juicy and fleshy red fruit on the palate, very finessed, crunchy acidity, hints of smoke & savoury, fine tannin with a lengthy finish.
