A wine made from the ripest bunches of Poulsard and Savagnin dried for 8 months to raisinate (passerillage in French), fermented partially in oak barrels for 24 months resulting in a very luscious, syrupy, sweet wine. The drying time is longer than the typical staw wine and lower in alcohol. PMG stands for pour ma gueule or “for my mouth”. Very special and almost like a dessert on its own.

Tasting Note: Aromas of golden raisin, dried cranberry, candied peach, apricot, candied chestnuts, rose, and spices on the nose. Sweet and luscious on the palate, a great concentration of fruit, viscous and oily, good structure and retains freshness, long on the finish with hints of tropical fruits and spice.
