The Daily August Rosé

Pinot Noir Rosé made in the Saignée method (unblended). Grapes are sourced from their flagship vineyard Assmannshäuser Höllenberg, as well as from Eltville, Kiedrich, Lorch, and Rüdesheim. Vines average 25 years. After harvesting the Pinot Noir, the juice is separated out and vinified and matured in steel tanks. A fun and charming rosé.

Tasting Note: Aromas of strawberry, peach, blood orange, and raspberry with a hint of mint on the nose. Juicy and bright on the palate with a red berried fruit core, fresh acidity, elegant with a pleasant fruity finish.
