Soluqua Manzanilla

From the Palomino Fino grape, this Manzanilla Pasada is bottled En Rama (minimal filtering). A Manzanilla “Pasada” differs from a regular Manzanilla as it’s aged longer, in this case, an average of 12 years under flor in the solera. Soluqua is the premium range, sourced from wines that were previously reserved for family consumption only and production very limited. Soluqua is the Latin name for Sanlúcar and the labels are inspired by the traditional Mudejar tiles seen around town.

Tasting Note: Aromas of brine, sea breeze, bread dough, green olive, lemon zest, dried white flower on the nose. Dry, crisp, supple on the palate with layers of briny, doughy, soft citrus fruit notes, fresh acidity, rounded texture, very complex and long lengthy finish.
