Soluqua Oloroso

Palomino Fino gently pressed and complete fermentation before being fortified. Aged for an average of 30 years through an oxidative ageing process (without flor) in American oak using criaderas and the solera system. Soluqua is the premium range, sourced from wines that were previously reserved for family consumption only and production very limited. Soluqua is the Latin name for Sanlúcar and the labels are inspired by the traditional Mudejar tiles seen around town.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raisin, dry fig, orange peel, roasted coffee, candied, sea breeze on the nose. Rich, full, supple on the palate with notes of raisin, bitter orange, toasted nuts, great concentration and depth, very long saline finish. Exquisite and very special.
